Pioneer Mouldings is an innovative, forward thinking, plastic injection moulding company based in Billingham in the North east of England. With 20 moulding machines, we have capacity ranging from 7 tonnes through to 800 tonnes with everything in between and a maximum shot weight of 5kg.
In addition to large volume production runs, we also provide a mould manufacture, trailing and validation service along with diagnosis and in-house repair of problematic moulds.
We have a track record of taking an idea from inception all the way through to production, providing every aspect of support required along the way.
We are a highly skilled and dedicated team that stops at nothing to ensure that the customer’s needs are met first time, every time.
We also use our vast and wide ranging experience to design products from 3D concept, and on to the prototype stage, after successful testing we are capable of producing any level of plastic injection mould tool to produce the product, using our in house design team and manufacturing division we are truly a one stop shop.
